This was a little treat I made for Natalie for her place setting on Halloween night. I made the ghost suckers for treat for her classmates so put a few of them in this little bucket from Target and added a simple "Boo" tag. It turned out pretty cute and Natalie loved it!

Halloween Cards
Finally found the time to post here again! Too many things going on the past few weeks that I haven't had the time to get to my desk to make any projects. I had to get these cards done though for my nieces as the days until Halloween are numbered! Now if I can get the little project done that I have in mind for my daughter and get that posted, I might be doing good.
These cards were made with the Cuttlebug embossing folder Boo to You. Then I cut out a few of the circles with my circle punch and attached them to the black cardstock with foam tape squares. I used a paper piercing kit from my friend Michelle to make the piereced border on the top and bottom of the black strip. Then I used a Hero Arts stamp for the sentiment. Pretty simple but I was excited to finally try paper piercing and thought it turned out cute! I included a rather poor close-up to show the piercing.
Thanks for looking!

Sketch card plus one.
I decided to try my hand at creating a card from a sketch. I love visiting Heather's blog and liked her sketch for the week so I gave it a shot. It's not quite the same, but I think it's close enough. Plus, after I finished, I made one more card with my leftovers. What a quick way to make two cards!!!

Supplies: Making Memories (paper), Lasting Impressions (rub-ons), Stampin' Up (scallop border punch, clip), Offray (ribbon)

My first post!
After more than two years blogging about my daughter, I have finally started a blog for my other addiction - papercrafting!! Here is a little card I made with my new Marvy scalloped circle punch. It is basically a CASE of a cute card that Jennifer McGuire showed on her blog. I used last year's Delicious Autumn TAC set for the cat and sentiment. I colored the cat with my Bic Mark-it markers. Pretty simple but I thought it turned out ok. It is my goal to try to update my blog at least every other day so we will see how that goes. Thanks for visiting!
